Yes, the frame of your VINZERS is made from real carbon fiber.

Are your products unbreakable?2018-05-28T17:26:24+01:00

No, the products are stronger but not unbreakable. We recommend you to store your VINZERS in the leather hard case that came with the delivery. Make sure to handle the lenses with care, as these are fragile and can scratch. We are not able to replace the lenses so you need to order a new VINZERS if they are damaged.

Orders in The Netherlands:
After receiving your order and payment verification your product will arrive within 1-3 working days.

Orders outside The Netherlands:
After receiving your order and payment verification your product will arrive within 2-5 working days.

If you changed your mind for any reason, you can always send the item back to us within 14 days of the initial sales date and receive a full refund or a new product of the same price or less.

The item(s) need to be unused and not damaged, in original retail packaging. Refunds will be given to the account number that was used during the purchase.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. Please note that you need to pay and organize the freight for the return package. When exchanging a product, VINZERS will pay the freight costs of the new product sent to you.

Please make sure to provide the following in the returning package.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • If you wish to receive a new product or a refund
  • When applicable, what product you wish to exchange to

The VINZERS warranty offers a 1-year limited warranty on all our products. This does not entail damages caused by the user, like scratches and fractures or other signs of improper handling. These types will therefore not be accepted and/or refunded.
